OUR STORY

Allan, Kathleen, and their family founded Launchpad Global as a springboard for launching innovative, large-scale entertainment concepts. They are the visionaries behind Formula Fun and previously developed the successful Summit and Catapult Adventure Park brands. Together with their exceptional team, they identify prime locations and bring each venture to life from the ground up.

Allan and Kathleen Jones met in graduate school over 35 years ago—Allan pursuing a Ph.D. in Polymer Science and Kathleen earning her Master’s in English. Married for 34 years, they’ve raised six children—most of whom are now actively involved in the family business. Their journey is one of shared purpose, entrepreneurship, and a deep commitment to creating joyful experiences for families everywhere.
